1. Service Definition
Post+ is a professional marketing platform that enables businesses to send bulk messages via WhatsApp and Email. Our service offers verified contact lists obtained from Google Business data and campaign management tools.
2. WhatsApp Usage and Disclaimer
⚠️ IMPORTANT NOTICE
PostPlus is not an official WhatsApp Business API provider. PostPlus creates its infrastructure using third-party API services and offers a platform with unique features for users to conduct WhatsApp operations.
If you violate WhatsApp Account Usage Policies while using this platform, WhatsApp (as the service provider) may permanently or temporarily close, suspend, or block your WhatsApp number. This is entirely a process between the user and WhatsApp.
PostPlus assumes no responsibility for any account restrictions, suspensions, or closures imposed by WhatsApp. By using PostPlus services, the user declares that they clearly understand and accept this situation.
User Obligations:
- Fully comply with WhatsApp Terms of Service and Business Policy
- Avoid spam, unsolicited messaging, or abusive activities
- Obtain necessary permissions from recipients and immediately honor opt-out requests
- Comply with WhatsApp's daily message limits and usage restrictions
- Regularly monitor account status and follow WhatsApp notifications
3. User Responsibilities
3.1. Legal Compliance
Users are responsible for ensuring all messages comply with local and international laws, including but not limited to:
- GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation)
- CAN-SPAM Act
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act)
- Local data protection and privacy laws
3.2. Consent and Permission
Users declare and warrant that they have obtained necessary permissions from all recipients. Spam or unsolicited messaging is strictly prohibited.
3.3. Content Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for the content of messages sent. Post+ cannot be held liable for user-generated content.
4. Prohibited Uses
The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Misleading, false, or deceptive content
- Promotion of illegal products or services
- Hate speech, threats, or harassment
- Copyright infringement
- Distribution of malware or viruses
- Activities that compromise platform security
5. Account Security
Users are responsible for account security. Passwords and login credentials must not be shared with third parties. Unauthorized access must be reported immediately to the Post+ team.
6. Service Interruptions
Post+ strives to provide uninterrupted service, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues. Planned maintenance will be announced in advance.
7. Pricing and Cancellation
Service fees are determined by the selected package and clearly stated on the website. Subscription cancellation can be done through account settings. Service continues until the end of the current period after cancellation.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Post+ reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Legal action may be initiated in cases of serious violations.
