1. General Principles
The Post+ platform is designed for businesses to conduct marketing activities in compliance with legal and ethical rules. This policy defines acceptable use standards for the platform and is binding for all users.
2. Anti-Spam Policy
2.1. Permission Requirement
All messages must be based on explicit permission from recipients. Unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) is strictly prohibited.
2.2. Opt-Out Mechanism
Every commercial message must include a clear and easy method for recipients to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests must be processed within 48 hours.
2.3. Identity Authentication
Sender identity must be clearly stated in messages and must not contain misleading information.
3. Prohibited Content
Sending the following content types is strictly prohibited:

3.3. Hate and Harassment Content
- Hate speech and discrimination
- Threats, harassment, or bullying
- Violent or violence-promoting content
- Sexual harassment
3.4. Misleading Content
- Fake news and disinformation
- Misleading health claims
- Fraudulent investment offers
- Identity fraud
4. Message Sending Standards
4.1. Frequency Limits
Excessive messaging can disturb recipients and be considered spam. Reasonable frequency limits must be observed.
4.2. Content Quality
Messages should be professional, clear, and value-adding. Avoid all caps, excessive emojis, or exclamation marks.
4.3. Timing
Messages should be sent at appropriate times according to recipients' local time. Avoid sending messages during night hours (22:00-08:00).
5. Data Collection and Use
5.1. Legal Data Sources
Contact lists must be obtained through legal and ethical means. Stolen, purchased, or unauthorized data cannot be used.
5.2. Data Accuracy
Users are responsible for ensuring contact lists are current and accurate. Incorrect or outdated data should be regularly cleaned.
5.3. Data Security
Contact lists must be stored securely and protected against unauthorized access.
6. Platform Security
The following activities are prohibited:
- Attempting to bypass platform security measures
- Unauthorized access to other users' accounts
- Excessive use of system resources (DoS/DDoS)
- Using automated bots or scripts (unauthorized)
- Reverse engineering platform source code
7. Sanctions for Violations
The following sanctions may be applied for policy violations:
- First Violation: Written warning and 24-hour account suspension
- Second Violation: 7-day account suspension
- Serious or Repeated Violation: Permanent account closure
- Illegal Activities: Legal action and notification to authorities
