Membership Agreement

ARTICLE 1 - PARTIES AND DEFINITIONS

1.1. PARTIES

Platform Owner (Company)

Member (User)

Individual or legal entity who registers on the Post+ platform and benefits from platform services by accepting this agreement.

1.2. DEFINITIONS

• Platform: Web-based marketing automation system provided at postplus.net domain
• Member: Person or organization registered on the platform with a user account
• Account: Member's platform access and service usage authorization
• Credit: Unit used for sending WhatsApp or email messages
• Dashboard: Member's platform management panel
• Campaign: Bulk message sending operation
• KVKK: Law No. 6698 on Protection of Personal Data
• GDPR: European Union General Data Protection Regulation

ARTICLE 2 - SUBJECT AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT

2.1. SUBJECT

This agreement regulates the Member's creation of membership registration on the Post+ platform, benefiting from platform services, and the mutual rights and obligations of the parties.

2.2. SCOPE

This agreement covers:

• Membership application and approval process
• Account creation and management
• Terms of benefiting from platform services
• Member rights and responsibilities
• Processing of personal data
• Membership cancellation and account closure
• Intellectual property rights
• Dispute resolution methods

2.3. RELATION WITH OTHER AGREEMENTS

Together with this agreement, the following documents are also valid:

• Terms of Service
• Privacy Policy
• Distance Sales Agreement (when purchasing paid package)
• Acceptable Use Policy

ARTICLE 11 - GENERAL PROVISIONS

11.1. AGREEMENT CHANGES

The Company reserves the right to modify this agreement:

• Changes are published on the platform
• Important changes are notified by email
• Takes effect after 30 days
• Members who do not accept can cancel membership

11.2. NOTIFICATIONS

Notifications between parties:

• To Member: Registered email address
• To Company: info@postplus.net or support@postplus.net
• Considered delivered upon email sending

11.3. APPLICABLE LAW

The laws of the Republic of Turkey apply to this agreement.

11.4. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

For disputes arising from the agreement:

• Friendly resolution methods are tried first
• For consumer transactions: Consumer Arbitration Committees are authorized
• For commercial disputes: Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized

11.5. EFFECTIVE DATE

This agreement enters into force with the Member's electronic approval and remains valid until membership ends.
