What is Post+?

Post+ is a multi-channel marketing platform that allows you to manage WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns from a single platform. It offers bulk messaging, data collection, and analytics tools for businesses.

Is there a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial, you can use 200 WhatsApp and 200 email credits. No credit card required.

How do I connect my WhatsApp account?

Click the "Connect WhatsApp" button from your dashboard. Scan the QR code with your WhatsApp app (Settings > Linked Devices > Link a Device). Connection will be established automatically.

How many WhatsApp accounts can I connect?

Depends on your plan:

  • Starter: 1 WhatsApp account
  • Pro: 3 WhatsApp accounts
  • Enterprise: 10 WhatsApp accounts

Is bulk messaging legal?

Consent is required for commercial messaging. According to GDPR and relevant regulations, you must obtain explicit consent from recipients before sending messages. We expect our users to comply with legal regulations.

Will my messages be marked as spam?

Best practices for responsible use:

  • Only message people who have given consent
  • Use personalized messages
  • Set reasonable sending speeds (50-100 messages/hour)
  • Keep content valuable and relevant

How does plan switching work?

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. For upgrades, the difference is charged immediately. For downgrades, it takes effect on your next billing cycle.

How do credits work?

Each message send consumes 1 credit:

  • Each WhatsApp message = 1 credit
  • Each email = 1 credit
  • Media files (image/video) = no extra credit
Monthly credits don't roll over if unused.

How should I prepare my CSV file?

Your CSV file should be in this format: name,phone,company
John Doe,+1234567890,ABC Inc
Jane Smith,+0987654321,XYZ Corp

Phone numbers should include country code.

Can I get a refund?

Full refund available within 7 days if no credits used. If credits were used, proportional refund for unused portion. Contact support team for refund requests.
